Having practiced before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee since 1975, Allison Ulin Lynch heads PRU’s bankruptcy/collections practice.  Charles D. Paty also practices before this Court.  Although the firm is experienced in representation of both creditors and debtors, the firm dedicates the vast majority of its practice to the representation of creditors in bankruptcy.  This practice is supported by PRU's collections machinery, which  has set itself apart as one of the most aggressive and effective collections firms in the Chattanooga area.
